which formed the basis for the modern transformers and generators. His later
research on electrodes was also significant.
His work on
electromagnetic rotation also formed the basis for the electric motor. So his
research papers were quite useful to make sure that people understood how to use
and harness electricity. Before that, research was going on in electricity but
scientists could never determine how to make use of this research in practical
day to day life.
He became famous in his lifetime for his contributions to science in the field of electricity. He is deceased and has been since the late 1800's. I personally do not consider this person as a role model, and I couldn't find any physical, mental, or emotional haracteri
